Hotel Arena is housed in a monumental building from 1886 that used to be the Catholic girls' orphanage. It gives the historical complex a unique atmosphere.
The strictly Catholic institution had the chapel as central point of the building, where the orphan girls and nuns gathered on daily basis. Today, it is often used as an event space. It is still full of frescos and marble columns, and one of the hidden gems of the city.
Hotel Arena is a place where locals, travellers and creatives meet. For an exhibition, concert, or just a night sleep in one of our garden rooms overlooking the beautiful park.
The hotel restaurant has a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner sitting in nice chairs with a view of the park. The kitchen is both Mediterranean and classic.
Hotel Arena has 140 hotel rooms, all with their own characteristic atmosphere. They come with different names, like Comfy, Super Comfy, Suite, The Loft, The Villa, and The Top Suite.
