The restaurant has strict requirements on the freshness and quality of the fish: the fish will be not more than 48 hours after catching in the kitchen. Guests can choose what method of preparation and what sauce to the fish they want.

The restaurant has 2 spaces, the à-la-carte room and a smaller room with the raw bar where guests themselves can select from the displayed fish, crustaceans and shellfish.

Nevy is the largest fish restaurant in Amsterdam. You can eat outdoors on the large terrace.
