The interior is elegant and modern, combined with authentic, monumental elements of the iconic building. In the middle of the bistro is a large bar with copper scales, a great place to have a drink.
On the menu
Many dishes are linked to the rich history of the exchange building and its place in Amsterdam. For lunch you could choose pepper mackerel, shrimp croquette, sandwiches with chocolate sprinkles (hagelslag), or red lentil soup. And for dinner: fish soup with cockles, mussels and sea vegetables, oysters, roasted cauliflower, red cod fillet, dry aged beef loin, and more.
